evolution media and CFA Society of Sydney last week held the inaugural CFA Sydney Masters of Investment media roundtable.
The event brought together some of the sharpest minds in the Australian investment industry, including:
- Emilio Gonzalez, Group Executive, Global Equities, Perpetual
- Lochiel Crafter, Chief Executive Officer, ARIA
- Michael Clancy, General Manager, Investment Management Division, MLC
- Mark Lazberger, CEO, Colonial First State Global Asset Management
Each of these investment professional are members of the CFA Sydney Employer Advisory Board, which provides strategic direction, guidance, mentoring and leadership to CFA Sydney directors.
During the event, delegates discussed rebuilding trust within the investment industry post the global financial crisis, whose responsibility this is and promoting a greater standard of ethics and professional conduct within the industry.
